15 October, 2015, at 13:00 a joint briefing for local media with Advisor to the Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine on ensuring TV and Radio Broadcasting Oleksandr Brygynets and ATO spokesman in Luhansk region Lieutenant Colonel Ruslan Tkachuk, is to be held in Siverodonetsk.
