23-24 September, 2015, Advisor to the Minister of MIP on ensuring TV and Radio Broadcasting Oleksandr Brygynets is to participate in the East Ukrainian Forum “Recovery through dialogue” in Siverodonetsk. Civil society and local communities of the region initiated the event.
The main purpose of the forum is to identify and discuss the key challenges and needs in the field of development of communities in the east of the country.
