29-30 July 2015 in Krasnoarmiysk (Donetsk military and civil administration) western Donbass Forum “Recovery through dialogue” is to be held. The purpose of the event is to facilitate discussions between the authorities of the central and local levels, civil society and experts on ways of solving most urgent problems that affect people’s lives in the conflict region. The event is also to be attended by the OSCE representatives.
