Advisor to the Minister on ensuring TV and Radio broadcasting Oleksandr Brygynets will participate in conference “THE BROADCASTING STRATEGY FOR DONBAS”, which will be held on 4 – 5 March 2016 in Kramatorsk.
During the conference Advisor will talk about the prospects for the upgrade of broadcasting in the east of country.
