From 1 to 14 May, the news agency “Ukrinform” will become a platform for work and communication of foreign media representatives, that comes to the “Eurovision”. During this period, the Ministry of information policy of Ukraine and “Ukrinform” are planning the events to present and popularize Ukrainian ethnic, historical and cultural values, with the participation of volunteers and organizations.

15.00 – Days of the diversity of Ukrainian regional cultures. General overview. We want to introduce the journalists, who have come to the “Eurovision-2017”, not only with the capital of our state but with all the corners of Ukraine.
Coffee-meeting with Mustafa Dzhemilev and Refat Chubarov. The topic of the meeting: “The dreams of the Crimean Tatar politics”. Coffee ceremony with national sweets.
16:00. The performance of the instrumental group under the leadership of Usein Bekirov. The ethno-jazz compositions from the album “Tatarium” are played.

15.00 – Meeting with the winner of the “Eurovision-2016” Jamala.
16:00 – Days of the diversity of Ukrainian regional cultures. Crimea. Crimean Tatar dance and singing groups will perform folk songs and music. You will be able to see the Crimean Tatar traditional wedding ceremony, which is many hundreds of years old. These days the museum exposition with the traditional dresses and jewelry of Crimean Tatars will be working. A mini photo-exhibition of the national costume of Crimean Tatars will be located in the showcase part, which will be presented by the top model, Evelina Mambetova.

The ArtHub invites to the exhibition “Furry Guards” in the Day of the animals protection. We will present a photo exhibition about the pets rescued in the combat zone.
At 18:00 the creative team of the drama department of the Kurbas Centre will present a solo performance “I wish I was born a cat” based on the play “pussycat for memories about darkness” by Neda Nezhdana. Production by Volodymyr Zavalniuk. Actress: Anna Yaremchuk.
