December 19th, Documentary Drama Film 'Djakuyu' Premiere Screening Takes Place

On December 19th, at 7:00 p.m., the documentary drama film ‘Djakuyu’ (‘Thanks’) will be presented at the ‘Butterfly DeLuxe’ cinema (50 Antonovycha St).

The aim of the film is to promote Ukraine in the world as well as within the framework of the Year of Japan in Ukraine.

The main hero, Hirosho Ono (a Japanese), is lost in Ukraine and gets torrents of positive feelings from such a travel.

Knowing only the word ‘Djakuyu’, he turns up in Diakovo in the Transcarpathian region and thus travels around the most interesting places in Ukraine, ending up in Kyiv at a conference where he is a main speaker.

The idea is to show that Ukraine is interesting, historical, welcoming, bright, resourceful and hospitable! The military operation will come to an end, and Ukraine should be perceived in the world in positive terms.

Ministers of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, officials of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Ukraine, the diplomatic corps of foreign states, opinion leaders, creative youth, etc. are invited to the event.
