A telephone conference will be held on February 14 with the heads of oblast state administrations led by the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Vitalii Kovalchuk and the Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine Yurii Stets.
The meeting will cover discussions on the action plan on ensuring the implementation of Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 691/2014 “On the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine resolution “On measures to improve the state military and technical policy” dated 27 August 2014″ aimed at comprehensive support of the fourth wave of mobilization.
