Mustafa Unbroken. A new round of challenges

17 March, a press conference on the topic: “Presentation of the book by Sevgili Musayeva and Alim Aliyev “Mustafa Dzhemilev. Unbroken” will be held at 12.00 p.m. (Hall 1)

Participants: Mustafa Dzhemilev – the leader of Crimean Tatar people, Yulia Kazdobina – the Advisor to the Minister of information policy of Ukraine; Sevgili Musayev – a co-author of the book; Alim Aliyev – a co-author of the book; Yulia Orlova – the General Director of the publishing house “Vivat”.

Brief information. Mustafa Dzhemilev is a national leader of the Crimean Tatars, a symbol of unity of deported people and their return to the native land. He devoted his life to the fight against the repressive system, went through Soviet prisons, hunger strikes, harassments, and won. Since the annexation of Crimea in 2014, a new round of challenges has begun. Now well-known dissident, human rights activist, Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for the Affairs of the Crimean Tatars defends the rights of his Homeland at the international level. The story of his life is a story of the struggle of the Crimean Tatar people.

Information. The book contains over 50 hours of interviews recorded during 2014-2016 in several countries, covering a period from the annexation of Crimea to the victory of Jamala at Eurovision contest. It is also accompanied by feature parts and reviews of famous personalities who are familiar with Mustafa-Aga.
