On April 2nd, "White Paper on Special Information Operations against Ukraine 2014-2018," MIP's Project, to Be Presented for University Students

On 2 April 2019, at 3:00pm, “White Paper on Special Information Operations against Ukraine 2014-2018,” a project of the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine, is to be presented for university students at the press centre of Ukrinform news agency.

“White Paper on Special Information Operations against Ukraine 2014-2018” is a collection of information special operations recorded by the Ministry of Information Policy over the recent years. The book includes a re-cap of Russian propaganda fakes seeking to undermine Ukraine’s territorial integrity. It is a vivid illustration of the most popular topics used in information attacks against Ukraine. The book is structured in the form of a set of “serials” with several “seasons” in each, since each grand narrative of Russian disinformation is akin to a “serial,” which can be divided into “seasons”—complex sets of ideas within the “serial.” Each particular “episode” presents a situation which follows the plot of both the season and the serial. “White Paper” lists 10 such “serials.”

The project will be presented by Dmytro Zolotukhin, Deputy Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine.

Address: 8/16 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St, Kyiv.
