On February 26th, IV International Forum ‘The Occupied Peninsula: Four Years of Resistance’ to Be Held

On February 26th, the IV International Forum ‘The Occupied Peninsula: Four Years of Resistance’ will be held in Kyiv.

Organized by: Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine.

On the occasion of the fourth anniversary of the Day of Crimea’s Resistance to Russian Occupation, the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine is organizing the Fourth International Forum ‘The Occupied Peninsula: Four Years of Resistance’ to be attended by 200 participants and 30 speakers.

Among the speakers are Rebecca HARMS, co-president of The Greens–European Free Alliance group in the European Parliament, Ukraine’s MPs, members of the Government, the Mejlis, the public, etc.

The Forum stipulates three panel discussions:

  • The 2014-2018 Occupation. The Policy of Ukraine’s State Power towards Crimea
  • The Role of the International Community in the Processes of Non-Recognition of the Annexation of Crimea. The Need to Create an International Platform for De-occupying Crimea
  • The Occupied Right to Freedom. Instruments of Resistance and Protecting Human Rights in Crimea

Within the framework of the Forum, the documentary The Kremlin’s Prisoners will be presented.
