On July 12th, Conference Titled ‘Strong Horizontal Ties As a Prerequisite for the State’s Strength’ to Be Held

On 12 July 2018, at 10:00am, a press conference titled ‘Strong Horizontal Ties As a Prerequisite for the State’s Strength’ will be held at the Ukrinform press centre.

Chernihiv and Donetsk Regions continue to effectively strengthen bilateral multidimensional horizontal ties involving the public, bodies of state power, and law enforcement. The press conference is related to the results of a tour around Donbas of on-stage performance groups from Chernihiv Region administered by the Department of Culture, Tourism, Nationalities and Religions of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration. The tour, which was conducted at the invitation of the Chief Office of the National Police in Donetsk Region, was made possible by the NGO All-Ukrainian Initiative and with the support of the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine. Encompassing Mariupol, Sartana, Volnovakha, and Mariinka, it is a striking example of fruitful and effective cooperation between seemingly different and unrelated institutions.

Participants: Volodymyr Zhemchuhov, Adviser to the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine on Educational Programmes; Oleksandr Levochko, director of the Department of Culture, Tourism, Nationalities and Religions of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration; Yurii Kosenko, Chairman of the Board of the NGO All-Ukrainian Initiative.

Organized by: Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine.

Address: 8/16 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St, Kyiv.
