On 15 March 2018, at 11:00 a.m., a press conference on the occasion of the publication of the manual ‘The Policy Towards Crimea. Recommendations’, worked out by the Ukrainian Independent Centre for Political Research for bodies of state power.
The publication highlights and analyzes key decisions of national and international institutions regarding the illegal occupation of the Crimean Peninsula by the Russian Federation, the process of human rights monitoring, the issue of the introduction of sanctions, the peculiar features of carrying out information policy concerning Crimea. The manual is another step to inform officials of various levels and experts on the situation in the Crimean Peninsula after its illegal occupation by the Russian Federation.
