On March 1st, Documentary Drama Film Djakuyu to Be Presented in Kkarkiv

On 1 March 2018 at 6:00 p.m., the documentary drama film ‘Djakuyu’ (‘Thanks’) will be presented in Kharkiv at the 8 ½ (Eight and a Half) cinema with the participation of the leadership of Kharkiv Region and Artem Bidenko, the State Secretary of the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine.

The aim of the film is to promote Ukraine in the world as well as within the framework of the Year of Japan in Ukraine.

The main hero, Hirosho Ono (a Japanese), is lost in Ukraine and gets torrents of positive feelings from such a travel. Knowing only the word ‘Djakuyu’, he turns up in Diakovo in the Transcarpathian region and thus travels around the most interesting places in Ukraine, ending up in Kyiv at a conference where he is a main speaker.

The idea is to show that Ukraine is interesting, historical, welcoming, bright, resourceful and hospitable! The military operation will come to an end, and Ukraine should be perceived in the world in positive terms.
