On 11 May 2018, at 1:00pm, Ukrainian artist Anastasia Bilous, who has lived in London for the last 12 years, will hold an open session of the drawing of large-scale (5mx5m) canvases depicting ‘Ukrainian Amazonians’ — servicewomen and female volunteers and journalists in authentic traditional clothing. The event will take place at the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine.
Ms Bilous has come from the U.K. at the invitation of the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine exclusively for the purpose of participating in the project.
We kindly invite journalists to witness how real art is created.
The canvases will be exhibited at Mystetskyi Arsenal on the occasion of the May 14th Vyshyvanka Day.
