The event was attended by Emine Dzhaparova – the First Deputy Minister of information policy of Ukraine, Refat Chubarov – the Chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people, Vakhtang Kipiani – the author of the map, editor of the “Istorychna pravda” (“Historical truth”), Sergyi Hromenko– a historian of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory.
