Refat Chubarov – MP of Ukraine, the Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people;

Emine Dzhaparova – the First Deputy Minister of information policy of Ukraine;

Evhen Bystrytskyi – the executive Director of the International Renessaince Fund;

Yulia Tyschenko – the head of programs for the development of civil society of UCIPR;

Tetiana Huchakova – the expert of the Fund “Maidan foreign Affairs”, the editor of the BlackSeaNews;

Oleh Smirnov – the director of the DVV International representational office in Ukraine;

Yulia Kazdobina – the Advisor to the Minister of information policy on Crimean issues, the expert of UCIPR.

The research, prepared by experts of the Ukrainian Center for Independent Political Research (UCIPR), highlights the process of Ukraine’s policy formation regarding the Crimea and the Russia’s actions after the occupation, the establishment of the occupying power institutions, a socio-economic situation in Crimea, the issues of information policy, education sector, political and legal decisions after the occupation of the Crimean peninsula during 2014-2016.

The book is published in the framework of the project “State policy of Ukraine towards Crimea: analysis, monitoring, and expert support” with the financial support of the International Renessaince Fund.
