September 29: The Ukrainian Book for the ATO Zone: Ukrainian Library Project

On September 29, at 2:00 p.m., a round table talk titled “The Ukrainian Book for the ATO Zone: Ukrainian Library Project” is to be held, attended by representatives of Ukrainian publishing houses (Hall 2).

Organized by: Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine; Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on Freedom of Speech and Information Policy.

Participants: Viktoriia Siumar, Head of the Rada’s Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information Policy; Yurii Stets, Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine; Artem Bidenko, State Secretary of the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine; representatives of Ukrainian publishing houses.

Questions for discussion:

– The project for supporting Ukrainian books the content of which is meant for raising awareness of the issues of the occupied territories in the East of Ukraine, the conduct of the ATO, promoting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and enhancing the image of the Ukrainian defender.

– Support of publications covering the modern history of Ukraine’s eastern territories, their belonging to Ukraine, as well as strengthens the unity and integrity of the Ukrainian people.
