The novel “Airport” is not a chronicle, but a fiction, based on real facts. According to the story line along with the cyborgs an American photographer is at the airport, who for some reasons going through this optional war as a personal drama. Through his eyes, like through a kaleidoscope, in between battles, the reader sees the whole history from the Maidan to the destruction of the Airport.
The presentation will take place on Thursday, 3 September, at the Ukrainian House. Beginning at 18.30, admission is free.
Information: Sergii Loiko is the only one foreign correspondent who was at Donetsk Airport. Sergii was granted for a number of awards from USA for his journalistic materials from Ukraine.
As part of the writing of the novel the author recorded more than 40 hours of interviews with cyborgs. Many of them were military advisors to the novel.
