The Ministry of information policy of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Ministry) invites you to participate in an international conference “Reintegration of Donbas in conditions of a hybrid war”, that will be held on 23 May 2017.
The international conference is being held by the Ministry to coordinate the efforts of the international community, the state authorities of Ukraine and civil society institutions on further steps to preserve the political, legal, social and other ties of Ukraine with Donbas. The conference should serve as a platform for highlighting and discussing the problem of reintegration of parts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, where the state authorities temporarily fail to exercise their powers and their populations in the unified constitutional space of Ukraine.
The conference will discuss the following issues:
-The strategy of information deoccupation and reintegration of Donbas;
-Humanitarian aspect: respect for the rights of people affected by the military conflict in Donbas;
-Vision of a future of Donbas and reintegration strategy.
Representatives of State authorities, civil society, leading foreign and domestic experts on Donbas issues were invited to participate in the event.
The conference will take place on 23 May 2017, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Club of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at the address: 7 Instytutska street, Kyiv.
