6 May, Deputy Minister of information policy of Ukraine Tetiana Popova will take part in a seminar ” The role of NGOs and the media in the hybrid war. The Ukrainian experience 2 years after the invasion of Russia “, organized by the Eastern Europe Studies Centre (Lithuania) that will take place in Riga.
The central theme of the seminar is the role of the media and NGOs, as well as the legal aspects of this issue and improvement of the legislation. Taking into account the experience of Ukraine in hybrid war with Russia, the participants will discuss the most effective tools of resistance.
Tetiana Popova will talk, in particularly, about the problem of choosing the right tool in hybrid war fighting, as well as the initiatives and their implementation into the legislation of Ukraine.
