France is interested in holding the “Information Ramstein” initiated by Ukraine

This was stated by the Minister of Culture of France Rima Abdul-Malak during a joint briefing with the Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine Oleksandr Tkachenko, which took place on February 23 at the National Reserve “Sofia Kyivska”.

“We have been discussing the issue of holding an “informational Ramstein” for many weeks with my Ukrainian colleague. At the European level, we are very involved in the process of introducing sanctions against russian propaganda,” emphasized Rima Abdul-Malak.

The Minister of Culture of France Rima Abdul-Malak arrived on her first visit to Ukraine and visited the famous places of Kyiv.

The aim of the “Information Ramstein” initiative is to counter russian disinformation and support Ukrainian media.

As Oleksandr Tkachenko, the Minister of Culture and Information Policy, noted, among the steps that Ukraine will propose at the “Information Ramstein” are criminalization of articles against russian propagandists, work with hi-tech companies.
