The following is for the attention of foreigners who represent foreign mass media and intend to file a motion for the execution or exchange (prolonging) of a temporary Ukrainian residence permit.
May we draw your attention to the fact that the documents for the execution (issuance for the first time) or exchange (prolongation of validity) of a temporary residence permit must be filed to the regional offices of the State Migration Service of Ukraine not less than 15 working days in advance of the expiry of the established period of residence in Ukraine.
