Banda, a Ukraine-based creative agency which designed Ukraine NOW, Ukraine’s single brand, was recognised as RedDot Agency of the Year 2018.
“Banda, Ukraine’s creative agency, was recognised as the best agency at RedDot Award 2018, a prestigious international award. May I remind you that it is they who developed Ukraine NOW brand. Congratulations!” said Volodymyr Hroisman, Prime Minister of Ukraine, to the winners.
Ukraine’s single brand was given a RedDot Design award in the Corporate Identity nomination.
“Not a single penny was spent on the design of Ukraine NOW brand. We managed to get truly super-professional people, and, what’s important, on a voluntary basis. Now they are internationally recognised advertisers. Banda, we are proud of you!” Yuriy Stets, Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine, was quoted as saying.
Earlier, on 10 May 2018, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the Ukraine NOW brand, designed by Ukraine-based Banda Agency within the framework of the Commission on Promotion of Ukraine under the Ministry of Information Policy.
On 26 September 2018, the specification standard (brand-book) of the use of Ukraine NOW brand was adopted at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
