Born on July 24, 1983, Lutsk, Volynska region.

In 2006, he graduated from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, majoring in “Management of antimonopoly activity” and obtained the master’s degree in antimonopoly activity management, manager of antimonopoly activity.

After obtaining a higher education, he worked for 8 years in the banking sector, namely in “UkrSibbank” and the First Ukrainian International Bank.

From 2015 to 2020, he managed the private enterprises “AVTOMODUS”, “VAYER”, “TURIYA”, “SMART SOLUTIONS GROUP”.

From 2020 to 2022, he held the position of first deputy head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Projects of Ukraine.


Since January 2022, he has been working at the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine. Leshchuk held the positions of head of the administrative department, temporary acting State Secretary of the Ministry.

From July 12, 2022 – State Secretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine.
